We want to ensure your 3D printing projects are successful, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened resin bottles and hardware. Due to the chemical nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on resin that has been opened or has a broken safety seal.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure the resin bottle is unopened, the induction seal is intact, and the packaging is free from leaks or damage.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the resin in its original box with protective padding to prevent rupture during transit, as leaked chemicals cannot be processed for refunds.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier; your refund will be issued within 5 business days of inspection.
