Which 3D printers are compatible with your resins?
Our resins are formulated to work with most LCD, DLP, and MSLA 3D printers utilizing a 405nm light source, including popular brands like Anycubic, Elegoo, and Phrozen.
How should I store my resin to ensure it lasts?
Store resin in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 30°C. Keep the bottle tightly sealed and away from direct sunlight or UV exposure to prevent premature curing.
What is your shipping policy for chemical liquids?
We use specialized couriers certified for handling chemical goods. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and shipped in secure, leak-proof packaging to ensure safety during transit.
Can I return a bottle if I opened it but didn't like the color?
Due to the sensitive nature of the chemicals and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed bottles within 30 days of purchase.
Are your resins safe for skin contact after curing?
Once fully cured and post-processed according to our guidelines, the resin is stable. However, our standard resins are not certified as biocompatible or food-safe; please check our 'Pro' line for skin-safe certifications.
